Cast Iron Gate / Cell Door

Regular price $ 450.00

The story is that this cell door was found in the basement of a Baltimore row home along the waterfront. Baltimore was founded in 1729 and is the second largest seaport in the Mid-Atlantic region. During that period of time it was also the second leading port of entry for immigrants. We don't know for sure but this certainly is a great example of 18th century iron work.
